We combine our own capital with that of select partners through direct acquisitions, joint ventures and co-investments, with clear roles and aligned interests.
Our involvement does not end at completion. We take an active role in managing the assets we own: leasing, tenant relationships, financial oversight and reporting, and repositioning or development wherever value can be created.
