We focus on off-market transactions, where relationships, discretion and speed of decision matter more than process. Our network provides direct access to owners, developers and operators who prefer a counterparty that can move without committee approval or external financing conditions.
We invest with a long-term horizon and no pressure to deploy. That patience, combined with entrepreneurial execution, allows us to be selective and to act with conviction when the right opportunity presents itself.
Our target profile: residential and mixed-use assets in supply-constrained, high-demand locations; value-add and repositioning plays with clear exit or hold rationale; and strategic participations in real estate businesses that complement our platform.
Residential
Acquisition of residential buildings, portfolios and individual units in prime urban and coastal markets, including student housing where local demand and supply are structurally tight. Our focus is on long-term ownership, value enhancement and selective repositioning in supply-constrained locations across Monaco, the French Riviera and the Netherlands.
Retail & Hospitality
Selective investments in high-quality retail, hospitality and short-stay accommodation in established city centers and leading lifestyle locations where scarcity, footfall and brand relevance drive long-term value.
Development & Repositioning
Targeting underutilized assets and transitional opportunities where active management, redevelopment or repositioning can unlock significant and durable value. We engage from early stage through delivery.
Strategic Partnerships
Partnering with owners and operators through equity participation, joint ventures and structured arrangements. We bring capital, network and execution capacity to projects that align with our long-term investment philosophy. We also support private clients and their advisors with direct real estate acquisitions, structuring and long-term portfolio management.
