Larvotto is an independent real estate and asset management platform in the Netherlands that originates, structures and closes transactions.
We acquire, reposition and take an active role in managing real estate in prime, supply-constrained markets. We invest our own capital alongside select partners. After acquisition we stay closely involved: tenant relationships, repositioning and reporting.
Named after Monaco's iconic Larvotto district, our platform reflects a commitment to exceptional locations, architectural quality and thoughtful ownership.
Our Markets
Our home market is the Netherlands, where we know the market well. Long-standing relationships with owners, operators and intermediaries give us access and context that are hard to build from the outside.
Each investment is judged on its own merits: asset quality, market position and fit within the platform. We are patient when we need to be, and decisive when the opportunity demands it.
